Step 1: Online Application (5-10 minutes) Please use the Online Application link in my email to access our secure website and complete your profile. Provide as much information as possible so we can determine the best mortgage program to achieve your short- and long-term goals. Be sure to include a complete employment and residence history for at least the last two years.

 

Step 2: Supporting Documentation Submit documents to help us verify the information you provided. We may request follow-up items as we review your application.

• Last 30 days of paystubs

• Last two years' W2s

• Last two years Federal Tax Returns - all pages

• Most recent two months' bank statements - all pages

• If applicable, Divorce Decree and/or Bankruptcy Filing
